• False Information: Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC process is strictly prohibited.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in permanent account termination and potential forfeiture of all funds. In serious cases, legal action may be taken.

8.2 Account Closure by User

8.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no activity for more than 12 months will be marked as inactive. A monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 BDT may be charged on inactive accounts.

9. Dispute Resolution Process
